Making a commitment

 

I know life gets busy but, giving oneself permission for 11/2 or 3 hours of self-care a month or making room for coaching in one’s budget is a choice people have to make to show up to coaching. I know giving myself permission to commit to self-care was easier when l set my intention.  I want to become a more loving person in this world by learning to respond rather than react.  As a result,  l pay my coaching bill at the beginning of the month, like weight watchers, this solidifies my commitment to myself.   It keeps my negative ego at bay and puts all my energy on the change l want to see in the world by working on changing me.
