When we discover the common triggers that cause a series of reactions that Dr. Lise Van Susteren (2020) suggests is ‘emotional inflammation’ we can claim our power and LEAD from where we stand. Together we will explore Tara Brach’s framework outlined in her book Finding Refuge, to find out YOU ARE NOT ALONE. Being CONNECTED and GROUNDED is in our control.
