Please do not pay through paypal. Register first and l will send you an email with directions to pay. The purpose of the workshop putting self care first before helping others. Discover the healing power of creativity and self-care while learning to make a mosaic heart. After tapping into self-care, a person is able to be emotionally available to help others. You will support the movement to bring people together by making 1-2 hearts to donate to The Canada Day ART SHOW. The workshop includes: morning coffee and treats after a morning meditation and breath work activity. 3 wooden heart, tiles, grout, gloves, added items like beads, and jewlery to add. Please bring: 2 garbage bags to protect tables, rags, and an empty yogurt container to mix the grout in.
