EXPLORE the value of tapping into our creativity and how that supports our health. And, you’ll create a cool mosaic piece at the same time! The participants will: • CONNECT with their creativity and find your CALM. • LEARN with coaching & support, how to make a mosaic heart that represents your true authentic self, using different tile cutting techniques, design work and grouting. • EXPERIENCE meditation, shamanistic journeying and breath work to help access your creative soul.
